Dr Diehl is a Team Physician for the OSU Buckeyes, working with the aquatic sports and is an Assistant Professor of Family Medicine for the OSU College of Medicine. His clinical interests include working with performing artists and endurance athletes. An avid runner and cyclist, his clinical interests include working with performing artists and endurance athletes.

A graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University, Dr Diehl attended medical school at The Ohio State University. He completed his residency in family medicine at Riverside Hospital in Columbus and sports medicine fellowship at The OSU Sports Medicine Center. He joined The OSU Sports Medicine Center staff in 2004.

He is certified by the American Board of Family Practice and holds a Certificate of Additional Qualification in Sports Medicine. Dr Diehl is a member of The American College of Sports Medicine, The American Academy of Family Practice and The Ohio Academy of Family Physicians.
