| Notes: | Dr Bishop joined the orthopedic staff at the Sports Medicine Center’s in 2005. She is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Orthopedics for the OSU College of Medicine. Her clinical and research areas of interest are injuries to the shoulder. An avid runner Dr Bishop also has an interest in working with runners and female athletes. She was on the Medical Team for Run Wild Racing from 2005 to 2006. A graduate of Cornell University, Dr Bishop attended the Cornell University Medical College. She completed orthopedic residency at George Washington University in Washington DC and a shoulder fellowship at Mt Sinai Hospital in New York, as well as a visiting sports medicine fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh. Dr Bishop is certified by The American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. She is a member of The American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons as well as The Ohio Medical Association and the Columbus Orthopaedic Society. |
