Training anyone from professional athletes to young adolescents to weekend warriors, our coaches specialize in the evaluation, program design, demonstration and teaching of the exercises and drills that will help athletes reach their potential. The OSU Sports Performance coaching team is comprised of experienced coaches, each with unique backgrounds, offering expertise in a variety of areas. All of our coaches are certified through the National Strength & Conditioning Association, and most of them hold certifications from the following organizations: Collegiate Strength & Conditioning Association, USA Weightlifting, USA Track & Field and the Titleist Performance Institute. All sports performance coaches have hands-on experience working with professional, collegiate, elite amateur, youth and adult populations.

Our coaching team is dedicated to keeping up with the most current advances and innovations in the field of exercise science and performance training. Education and research are the cornerstones of effective performance training, and it drives the creation of the programs and methods that our coaches apply everyday in working with our athletes. We are committed to finding the most effective and efficient ways to improve performance and reduce the risk for injury.
